Shipping policy

HTD Electronics ships throughout the United States, including all 50 states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other applicable U.S. territories. We also offer international shipping to customers across Latin America and selected international destinations.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders for in-stock products placed on a business day before 4:00 PM ET ship the same business day. Orders shipped with an express service (such as FedEx 2Day® and other express services) must be placed before 3:00 PM ET to ship the same business day. Orders placed after these cut-off times, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day. Cut-off times refer to order processing only and do not include carrier transit times. Cut-off times may vary during peak periods.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
HTD Electronics works with multiple shipping providers to offer flexible shipping solutions based on delivery speed, destination, and cost. Available carriers may include: UPS, USPS, FedEx, Uni Uni, DHL Parcel, and DHL Express. Express services (such as FedEx 2Day®) are available at checkout for eligible destinations.
Carrier availability may vary depending on destination, package size, service availability, and other logistical factors.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including, but not limited to: shipping destination; package dimensions and weight; shipping method selected; carrier rates and applicable surcharges; and international customs or import requirements where applicable.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates are provided by shipping carriers and are estimates only. HTD Electronics does not guarantee transit times and is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, supply chain interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International Shipments
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
